If they're filling it on a regular basis it'll pay for itself, and be a sound investment. If either party can raise the capital, then it mightn't be the worst idea.

I guess South Dublin County Council dont do official attendances when the crowds are less than 1000.

Correction on Harps att: just been told it was 574 for Mons match (different person doing the attendance figures that night for us)
