Very difficult to pick starting 11,, houston and massey could swap positions, don't like leaving danny o connor out but can't see him playing on the wings to push jake up front and dropping o neill. Maybe move graham kelly onto the wings and put danny in the centre but i don't think graham plays well on the wings.

I would agree with a lot of that, although i have only seen them once this season so far and unfortunately that was the Limerick game.

I havent seen Houston play at all this season - perhaps Kendrick might slot in there if he signs - he would be more experienced
Also Massey and Zambra will be a tight call.
The big problem is how to accomodate Danny O'Connor - as i feel Kelly's best position is the centre - the couple of times that i have seen him play on the wing he was not effective.
My fear for the season having seen the performance against limerick is that we are too complacent, thinking that 4 or 5 of the other teams are worse than us is dangerous - we have to hit the ground running and get points on the board early. We faffed about against Limerick - all very intricate in midfield but no cutting edge.
Unfortunately Webster and Brennan did not look sharp.

Funny, Shields has never convinced me as a striker. I always thought he was much better in central midfield.
