City need to defend better

I've noticed a common failing for city in the last while. We have serious problems defending leads!!!

All we seem to do is get men behind the ball & hoof the ball forward. We can't continue to do that & midfielders have to take more responsibility & play the ball out. The best we seem to do at the moment is play long balls to the forwards & expect them to hold the ball up under a lot of pressure. It could be said this is tiredness but its happening too often for that.
