Athlone boss quits
Athlone Town manager Aaron Callaghan has quit the midlands club today.
He was only appointed to the job in early January and has cited the extensive travel involved in commuting to and from Dublin as his main reason for stepping down.
Padraig Dully takes charge in a caretaker capacity, including this weekend's game against Cobh Ramblers.

Callaghan leaves Athlone - Longford bound?
Aaron Callaghan has resigned as Manager of Athlone Town Football Club, citing the travel involved in the job as the main reason for his decision.
Dublin based Callaghan only took up the job before the start of the season, succeeding Jimmy Greene, who held the position for two seasons.
