The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

devine is a weak link in the team.the only keeper i have seen handling back passes worse than him was mark bosnich.Row Z every time.and he can be so iritating when he gets posession and a counter attack is on he takes forever to get ball out.

he's improved a huge amount in that regard since the start of the season, it looks like something he's worked on, and to be fair, players are showing for the ball better than they were too, Nwankwo starting regularly has contributed to it a lot.

we've improved defensively, and to be fair, he's conceeded more goals from penalties than from open play.

i was critical of him earlier, but he looks to be working hard, and I think we can all see that our defense has strengthened since the season started.

He's always smoked and liked a drink. Big deal. As long as it doesn't interfere with his performances then it shouldn't matter too much.......and I've never seen him turn up for a game stinking of drink or smoking like a chimney.

The save he made in the second half against longford town was pure class. One of the best saves i have ever seen at the cross.

Mind you I have seen him drink and smoke.

spot on. If the guy wants to go out and have a few scoops and a few smokes, as long as it doesn't affect his performance, I don't see the problem. And as long as he's performing, what need is there to post crap about his private life on the net?
