Its a great show that runs throughout the year and at the moment is about supporters in the build up to the league season. There are people on here that contribute to it regularly. *whistles innocently* So yeah BEST SHOW EVER!!!
Absolute game on Dublin city fm, what's your thoughts on it? Its on monday nights from 7pm til 8pm. It has a supporters club segment. To be honest i have never heard of it before until i was flicking through the stations in the car tonight.
I know one of the presenters is an UCD fan and by all accounts is a sound chap, i heard that the other presenter is a shels fan who posts on here from time to time , any truth in that?

Who's yer wan always spouting on about Mons? Heh.
Never listened to it... maybe this season...
DID YOU NOTICE A SIGN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE...?
Presume this is the show that was on Dublin City / Anna Livia for long number of years ? was originally hosted by Billy Bagster, then he got a couple of assistants - 1 UCD, 1 Shels (in particular) and I think the Bag has now taken a back seat (operating more as occassional pundit on the show - previewing next round of fixtures etc). Absolute game also trys to heighten profile of 1st Division and regularly highlights lack of coverage. It Was a very good show as for a long time it was the only show dedicated to LOI. Suffered somewhat last year in clashing with MNS. AG can sometimes be less than 100% professional in presentation but worthy in that it pioneered punditry in LOI and to be fair (as far as I know) is a voluntary show by presenters.
I did a bit on Anna Livia for a few Saturdays about 6 or 7 years ago. A mate of mine was doing work experience/voluntary work there and asked me to pad out a sports show by being a "League of Ireland pundit". It basically consisted of me having a couple of pints at lunchtime then bluffing a phonecall to them based on the match reports I read in the Star. Strangely never won any awards! I'd say listenership was in the single digits.
Great Show listen to it regularly and give the odd contribution to it the guy who runs it is indeed a UCD fan and one of the nicest lads you could ever come across

Anywhere you can listen back?
Unfortuntely they don't have any podcasts poster so I don't think so
Always good to see LofI coverage on any stations espcially when it'd done by real fans. Anyone know of any other shows apart from the usual Off the Ball and RTE sports?
