No idea, not sure if there even is a draw. Last season's quarters:
Shamrock Rovers 0-3 St Patrick's Athletic
Longford Town 2-1 Bohemians [aet]
Cork City 2-0 Waterford United
Derry City 3-0 Sligo
If that format holds, I reckon it means UCD vs. Dublin City in the 1/4 finals.

The draw is regionalised.
The Cork City/Limerick and Finn Harps/Sligo Rovers draws will decide venue. Bohemian, Dublin City, Longford Town and UCD will be in an open draw.
