Would love to see Detox out sometime this year. At least we have a single, a pretty good one too.

I feel dirty saying it but I will be interested in Lady Gaga's new album. Her last one was one of the best albums of 2009 and it was a million times better than her first.

What do folk make of the stuff released by Beady Eye so far? I've got tickets for London in March which should be interesting.

Didn't think Beady Eye would be up to much but have to say I like their stuff so far, no doubt you're in for a treat live as well.

The album I'm most looking forward to in 2011 is The Strokes long overdue album which is being released in March I think. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah are back in the recording studio this week as well so can't wait for their new stuff, thought they might be finished when they went their separate ways to do solo stuff after "Some Loud Thunder". Hopeful of Babyshambles and Radiohead releasing new albums as well.

Judging by shark ridden waters the new Gruff Rhys album is going to be a cracker. Also expecting big things from the horrors and tripwires

The first thing they put out on the net was like great balls of fire, but it is starting to grow on me. The first few times I had it on it sounded horrific!!! The next two songs were better. The roller (which is to be first proper single) is very solo Lennon.

    Bring the Light not great
Four Letter Word is very good
The Roller quite good but very reminiscent of Instant Karma

Definitely looking forward to The Strokes new album - according to Nikolai Fraiture it's a return to the sound of the first album

Also looking forward to Glasvegas' new one, The Vaccines and if Coldplay release one

Looking forward to this one myself. I felt they got back on form with NLOTH. Some of the cut songs (which are meant to be very very good) from that album are due on the new one.
    Good evening!

Had no idea this was being released so soon, one of the most underrated bands of all time IMO

Not sure about being underrated, but for about 3-5 years in the 90's they were one of the biggest band's in the world.

Yeah - I'm not a big fan of the 90's / 00's stuff. The early stuff is great, though.

Foo Fighters 30 second preview here. Sounds bloody good too, let's hope the album is as promising.
