Your number 10 looked pretty decent. That's probably not much help to you though!

Totally agree with Schumi. Longford's Nr. 10 made a quite good game. He deserved to score a goal but was a little bit unlucky.

Don Cowan, was it? Seems to have been the one picked out by extratime in their report anyway.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

George had a stormer when he came on.. it was the first time I saw him play he held his own well. Alvin Rouse imo was to blame for two of the goals he was a tad hesistant going for crosses.Cowan played well and blazed one shot over the bar and had a great chance which flew past the post.. I wonder will he ever score for us?? Piotr played way better than last week when he came on.. Left out of the previous game ( assuming the trialists wont play again) were Graeme Dowling, Daniel Reilly and Anthony Costigan. I am not sure why Austin Skelly didnt play but he was much missed. there is always somethin goin on in fosters avenue a dog invaded the pitch and stayed there a good few mins. Brought back memories of the mad tom incident in 2004. We played much better in the second half.UCD look very strong this year and looked like a team that have grown up together. Niall O'Reilly was poor for us.. He was skinned regularly. The two scorers for UCD was Darren Meenan( who was on trial for us in 2007) and Graeme Ruske..

    squad:

    1. Rouse
    2. O'reilly
    3. lee
    4. Barry Skeete
    5. Deans
    6. Hyland
    7. Brady
    8. Salmon
    9. L Roche
    10. Cowan
    11. A Roche
    Subs bench
    12. Jack Morley
    13. G Cronin
    14. Paddy Collins
    15. Hope
    16. Walsh
    17. Yousof Bellhouf
    18. George Bell
    19. Jason Oladele
    20. Piortr Sxcerbowski
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?
