Suppose I should pick out one of each, but there should be some sort of special acknowledgement to The Fly, Predator & Danny ? for their mainly fabulous (and extremely articulate) contributions to 'The Eligibility Thread'.
And don't just mean by comparison with my own cliched efforts.
Their services were a credit to this MB, Irish soccer and the country in general, during what was one of the darkest years in the history of the State.
On a far lesser note, if there was a 'Thread of The Year', or even ever on here, it was this by a country kilometre.
Again not withstanding my own efforts....
There'll be a PoTY competition running in the second half of January, drawn from each of this year's monthly winners.
Expect Mr A and Dodge to figure prominantly. Expect me to moan about being overlooked yet again.
