    Nostalgic DVDs at the minute

In the last few weeks I've treated myself to the following on DVD. All still great.

    1) The Chronicles of Narnia complete set (4 Discs)

    2) He-Man and The Masters of the Universe Volume 1 (Volumes 2 & 3 to be purchased shortly!)

    3) Fraggle Rock (Just got it yesterday. Ah tis magic...)

    4) Dogtanion and the Three Muskehounds Volumes 1,2 and 3. (This is still top class!!!!)

Ah the memories. All I'm waiting for now is The Mysterious Cities of Gold and Defenders of the Earth.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

I was just going to ask if this was available on DVD

You know what the most nostalgic experience ever would be, though? A DVD compilation of ads broadcast on Irish TV in the late eighties and early nineties. I mean, I don't ever watch ads anymore, but they do have an extraordinary ability to take one back. Catching sight of them on old VHS tapes etc is always quite evocative of the period in which they were recorded.

Thanks. Thing is, I can't remember if it was any good or not...

Jeez, just checked out an eighties nostalgia page and I'm having mad flashbacks. Jamie and the Magic Torch, Bertha, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors...so many wasted afternoons in front of the TV.

I know, I remember loving it, but I'm not sure I'd even watch it now, the curse that is the soft lens focus of memory
