A man can have no greater love than give 90 minutes for his friends.
I haven't seen either team as yet and heard indirectly from Derry when we played them that Harps are strong but just got a feeling Limerick will get off to a good start, 1-2. Sheehan and O'Flynn is as good a strike pair as there is in the First I think.
The young fella behind em Paudie Quinn has started very well too.
even Peter Hynes has been trying :O
Anyone know score in Wexford v Drogs?
Much of a crowd at Shams/Waterford??
We were very, very, good tonight, great shape to us, we look like we'll be an absolute pain in the arse to play against which is a great thing.
Can't understand referees sending fellas off in pre season games by all means tell his manager to sub him but sending him off and putting one team down to ten men can make a mockery of games, like supposing Bray had beat us four nil, what would they learn from beating ten man Limerick?
As it turned out twas a great exercise for us.
Gary Sheehan is going to score fifty goals this season, Paudie Quinn looks a real find, Stevo put in a great shift, Pat Purcell is fitter than he has ever been, our ball retention at times is brilliant, Barry Ryan had an excellent game, we seem to have fairly decent back up players for more or less every area of the pitch (but still a tiny bit short imo), overall cautiously optimistic about a fairly good year.
Anybody get up to pats game in kilnamanagh today, had to go at half time but were 3 nil up then so just wana know how it finished up.
