Well earned away point, considering they turned us over at home and that they're in a decent bit of form.
Second clean sheet of the season a good aspect, lack of chances once again a negative.

Lets hope that we can get the point we need from Shels tomorrow night and get to the quarters.

Don't think its fair to say lack of chances, Gary O'Neill and Killian Brennan both had good chances to grab a goal in the first half. Derek Griffin forced a great save from Michael Dempsey, but all in all a good solid performance, we were marginally the better side, but have to be happy with a point.

Fair play to Robbie Horgan, produced three fantastic saves, and kept us in the fixture. After a bad patch, nice to see another Clean Sheet and no feet out of place, hopefully a victory or a draw tonight will put us back in the hunt.

Maybe in the grand scheme of things, but if you look a little closer at our games this season.
19/3 Cork City 3 1 Dublin City - Beaten by a better side
27/3 Dublin City 0 1 Longford Town - Could have taken a victory, unlucky not to take a point
2/4 Waterford United 2 1 Dublin City - Ditto, unlucky not to pick up a point, could have been three
6/4 Dublin City 1 1 St. Patricks Athletic - dominated from start to finish, should have had three points.
9/4 Shelbourne 2 1 Dublin City - Beaten by a better side, but could have grabbed a point at the death.
13/4 Dublin City 0 2 Derry City - Beaten by because we didn't show up.
16/4 Drogheda United 2 0 Dublin City - Hammered, no other excuse.
22/4 Dublin City 2 1 Bohemians - Took the Three points deservedly.
30/4 Shamrock Rovers 0 0 Dublin City - Should have been three
6/5 Dublin City 0 1 Cork City - probably didn't deserve anything, could have taken a point with a little luck.
15/5 Longford Town 0 0 Dublin City - could have been three, a draw was a fair result.

that means with eleven games gone, a little bit of luck could have earned us a total of 16 points, unfortunately, they didn't arrive. but no worries, we did manage to collect six and are only three points behind pats.
