There's no traditional away jersey colour for any club. Home colours may be sacred but aways can be anything.

Anything that doesn't make a club have a third kit is what I'd be interested in (although because of arseholes like Buttimer they all have 3rd kits)

Ya, but I am because I'm a Sloooiiiigo fan. Do Shamrock Rovers fans not cringe at those words on the back of the shirt though?

Our third kit is light blue this year, dunno whether that's a throw back to the Sligo Blues or it was the handiest for Jako to throw that one at us.

Fairly sure our "third" kit is just an old away one. I assumed others did this too?

Cringe? No, I'm very proud to support Irelands Number 1 football club.

Doesn't every fan think their club is Ireland's No. 1?

it looks like a rugby shirt.

edit: a rugby shirt from the 90's. All looseness and cotton.

I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

Well we have for the last 10 years or so, not sure that's long enough for it to be a tradition really. More of a custom!

Nah, Umbro were just fairly interested in doing modern versions of famous old rovers kits....

Are You thick or what. The whole idea of away colours is that they dont have the same colours of their home jerseys so they dont clash with another team that has the same colour as them !

Harps used their new all black kit for the first time tonight. Class looking kit, really looks the part, but I'm not liking the Azzuri gear aside from the jersey.

The Dundalk kit is quality, I'd definitely buy one if it didn't have thon big screw on it.

It's the same material as the new Ireland jerseys, which are comfortable, material goes a bit **** after a few washes though.

Not a fan at all of this jersey.

The classic chevron design features Bohemians Black and Vermillion colour combination from the home kit and added to the classic white jersey makes for a clean kit visual. The kit will have white shorts and socks and will go on sale from the Bohemian Club store and the Umbro/FAI stores in Dublin from March 31st. Bohemian FC won back to back League of Ireland titles in 2008 and 2009 and just fell short of a 3rd consecutive title on goal difference to rivals Shamrock Rovers last year. Bohemians will represent the League of Ireland in the Europa League qualifiers this summer.

Commenting on the new kit Jonathan Courtenay, Director of Football at Umbro Ireland said "I'm very happy to unveil the latest umbro Bohemian kit. White away kits have proved the most popular with the fans and I think we have put together another classic yet very Bohemian-esque design here. I look forward to hearing the fans comments and seeing the team wear the kit on-filed in the near future".

Ah now... Umbro Ireland are being seriously disingenuous. Come on. its a **** poor template that they shopped out to Canadian Soccer and they went "wait a minute, Bohs and Dundalk have white, black and red in their team colours"
I'm not expecting Irish teams to get their own templates but this Tailored by Umbro guff on each launch is grating.
Admittedly its a nice shirt for a Bohs away. But thats it.

I shudder to think what we'll end up with.
