Sure none of the players would be able to sign with a Junior club until January? By then Limerick will be back pre-season training so why would any of them want to sign with a Junior Club with the intention of signing back with Limerick for next season?

I think O'Flynn, O'Leary, Coughlan and Judge are signed for next year.

He already has a contract signed since this season for next season so if he was to leave wouldn't Limerick have to compensate him unless it was mutually agreed.

Andrew Bhandarkar is down as signed till the end of 2011 season also.

I presume everyone else is out of contract i.e Rogers, Bobby Ryan, Heary, Tierney, Clarke etc... as there has been no word on any of them.

Ya exactly so i think if Scully did say it it is because if any out of contract players sign junior they are basically ruling themselves out for next season as they won't be available for pre-season, makes sense to me.
