    O'Neill's

Ordered some poloneck t-shirts off them about ten weeks ago. Chose the style I did cos I was told they had half the sizes on the warehouse floor as extras. After numerous calls - including every day this week - I'm now told they've done nothing about the t-shirts. Nothing at all. Meanwhile, replica shirts arrived during the week had no crest on them.

Iu know others have similar horror stories. How on earth is it possible to be so spectacularily incompetent?! It's almost at the stage where you'd listen to conspiracies about the GAA trying to keep nasty saccer down.

Did you order it direct or through a rep. I've usually ordered through their rep here in Limerick and never had a problem with delivery, barr sometimes having to wait and extra week or so. Thats to be expected with all these companies though. Ordered gear from Azzuri a few months back. Took 2 months for the first set of gear to arrive and then we ordered another set a while later, thought it would be quicker as they didn't have to do up samples and had the crests and everything, still took six weeks though. Have heard of problems with Umbro also. Seems all these companies are very incompetent.

Through the usual lad we deal with in O'Neill's. I assume he's a salesman. Not a hint of an apology either. Amazed there's others as bad. Benchmarking, eh?

Oh Happy memories!! oh hang on.....
I'm amazed these companies are still around. My old friends at Diadora UK went bang cos they couldnt deliver!
Still it wouldnt be any fun if it was easy!
