    butch tracey cup entries taken

    Longford Town F.C is delighted to invite entrants for the inaugural Butch Treacy, 5-a-side Cup starting this November. The competition will be held on Monday and Tuesday evenings at Flancare Park.


    Inviting teams from Industry, Clubs, Pubs and more, the competition will run through into the New Year and will be divided into the following categories, Open, Over 40’s and Women.



    Competitions will initially be run on a league basis with a knock out phase to follow.


    Entry Fee is €100 per team for the tournament, registered squads can consist of up to ten players with up to eight available to play on any night.

    Too soon a deadline IMO. It was only put up on the site yesterday, don't know if it was in the Leader and people need a couple of weeks to get a team together and get the money in. Good idea though.
    Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
