@ Fingal fans. Do ye think Kenny Browne will re-sign for ye? Heard he's not enjoying it. Rumours down here that he's leaving to go to Pats?
I'd do anything to have him back here.
Yep he is very very good. Started off slowly which is understandable but after 2/3 games he was immense. Unbelievable against Shels on the final day of the season.
He's only 19 aswel. He was at Ipswich but got homesick and came home. Defo one we will be cashing in on if he stays.
Rumours on our forum that we are in for Ken Oman!
Would be a super signing.
Frosty, is the Paul Murphy your referrign to the same striekr who palyed with Man City, Pats and Wesxford Youths? and is always injured? or is this a different one?

The Paul Murphy referred to played for the Wexford Oscar Traynor team last year and was a large part of the reason they won it. He signed for Waterford shortly afterwards. From all I've heard about him he's an exceptional talent. The last I heard the other Paul Murphy was back playing for his old junior club in Wexford.

Richie Ryan supposedly on trial with Preston, Shams have also offered him a contract. If his trial with Preston doesn't work out, he'll re-sign for us. Russell on trial with Doncaster, same thing for him, will re-sign if it doesn't work out. Ndo and Boco close to signing new contracts.
McCabe meant to be going to Shams.
Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.
It's disappointing to see any player go but the number of players being linked with Championship-level clubs goes to show how much quality we had in the league this season and it's discouraging that we'll have to do without a number of top players next season.
Sligo Rovers are delighted to announce that Paul Cook has signed a new 2 year deal with the club while Matthew Blinkhorn and Gavin Peers have signed back for the 2011 Season. Further signing's will be announced within the next few days

Bohs are going bust.
Mc Cabe will definetly not be back with us next season, straight from the horses mouth last monday.
So most likely is he is gone to Shams, cracking talent and sad to see him go but not someone you cant replace.
Rumour than Conor O'Grady heading to Galway United
i am told we have 20% of any sell on fee for seamus coleman -
early stages i know but if it did happen we may be able to challenge shams financially.
And before you say anything i dont know how accurate the reports is
Manchester United Football Club are said to be impressed with Seamus Coleman.
The 22-year-old has forced his way into the first team picture under David Moyes at Everton this season, making eleven appearances in the Premier League thus far.
It is believed his performances have alerted the interest of Sir Alex Ferguson, who is in the market for a right-back to eventually replace Gary Neville.
Although Rafael is showing signs of becoming a quality option, the United boss is also aware of Coleman’s ability to play in a midfield position, as he has done this term.
Capped nine times by the Republic of Ireland, the Donegal-born player has only been at Goodison Park since January 2009, when Moyes took him from Sligo Rovers for £60,000.

Great if it happened but I won't be holding my breath.
"Even if the wind stops to blow
Even if the sea ceases to flow
Even if the sun ceases to rise
The name of Sligo Rovers will shine and shine forever like the morning star glittering in the sky."
The uncertainty about our budget at the mo, would mean i wouldnt be sure about any of our players at the moment.
Good defender alright. Looked a little shaky towards the end of the season compared to the beginning. Wins everything in the air. We would miss him if he left.
