Bray Wanderers striker Jake Kelly is the Airtricity/Soccer Writers Association of Ireland Player of the Month for September. The award was presented to the Seagulls’ striker this morning (Wednesday 20th October) by Stephen Wheeler, Managing Director of Airtricity, at the Carlisle Grounds in Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Fair play and fully deserved for the young lad. Possible young player of the year contender?
Onefor the future I think. Has a nice touch
"Now jump up there and stuff that son of a bitch in the basket, chief"
He's vastly improved since I went to Scotland a year ago. Back then he looked lightweight and slightly out of his depth. Now he looks so dangerous every time he gets the ball.
Well done to Jake, much deserved and a good lad to work with and also has a great attitude, not surprised about the award once he was coached in the right manner fair play to Keith & Pat and the team. Hope we can hold on to him, he can only keep improving as a player.
