When these dates are announced I automatically rule out any clashing appointments. I had to travel to Hungary on an afternoon's notice one time (when we beat Macedonia at home 1-0 - OCT 99?) and to my delight I found Eurosport showing highlights of the game after midnight in my hotel room. The usual late night hotel channels went unvisited.

Arranging interviews, dates, holidays etc. isn't acceptable Paul!

yes i know stutts but you are very organised and meticulous, my head is like a siv(sp? - not a structured investment vehicle) i only remember whats going on for the evening of any given day. i think i actually need a diary, as pansy and all as that sounds. But dont worry there wont be any missing of the game, and had there been a possibility of that i would have rang to say i had something else on that evening and that i forgot. just be a rush thats all. no questions from me at the end of the interview.

My mate travelled over with no tickets. There were no spares going over with the YBIG crowd which is unusual. Got a text from one of the travelling groups to say there were tickets from touts in one of the hotels @ €x over face value. Rang my mate and sure enough 4 hours before kick off they got tickets, and at a better price than earlier in the day.

We need the spirit of Paris tonight. I was as disconsolate as this after the 1st leg of the playoffs and we pulled a performance out of nowhere so Im hoping that we can do it again. But Im at an all time low still after friday. Really hoped in this campaign that Trap had learned the lessons from the playoffs but friday night showed he didnt.

Trap's tactics are more suited to playing away from home. Confidence will be low but I'm hoping we can grab a draw. I'll got for 1-1 with Long grabbing his second goal in as many games.

We were awful at home to Bulgaria but much better when we played them away (albeit with Duff).

Slovakia away brings back very bad memories. I'll never forgot how gutted I was after we conceded that late equaliser. PLEASE GET SOME REVENGE LADS! All guns blazing, a quick two goals and then sit back and soak up the pressure.

Crap line up again, If we loose tonight Trap has to go before we damage our chances any further in this qualifcation. In saying that, I hope we can do something tonight.
