Dempsey, Murphy, Dillion, Ferguson, Prunty, Vinny, Sheridan, Keogh, Barrett, Keegan, Lavine.
4-3-3 in that order..
Pretty much a non-event last night. Kildare battled hard and were very physical. Their no. 6 won every header in the middle of the park. The town lads didnt seem all that interested, probably having one eye on saturday, no point picking up any injuries.
Seemed like a strong team but when you look at it we only had 4 or 5 of the strongest 11 starting. Highlights the strenght of the squad at the moment.
Lavine showed some great touches and looked like our best striker. Unfortunately his finishing was deplorable as was keegans.
Darragh Sheridan actually impressed but Vinny had a forgettable night. he kinda lost the plot when he was taken off, kicking the dugout seats and heading straight for the dressing roomCentre midfield remains a huge problem. Comprehensively outplayed there by kildare for most of the game last night.
Back 4 were rock solid except for the goal which had a strong suspision of offside..
