Bray versus UCD finished 2-2. Daire Doyle (2) and David McMillan (2).
Bray's first point from UCD this season, we miss out on a quadruple in the Premier Division.
UCD score 13 league goals against Bray.
UCD are out of reach of the tenth place. vg.

We were very poor at the back and Dundalk punished us, they were not great either and against 10 men really should have created more chances. Our tactic of lumping it at North failed miserably Burns and Breen didnt even have to jump most of the time.

Stupidest red card i have ever seen, i would be surprised if he ever plays for us again.

Limericks defense is shambolic! We totally outplayed them in the first 20/25 mins before settling down to keep what we had. Limerick had most of the ball in first 25 mins of the second half but never really had clear chances. One shot off the bar and one fine save from Kevin Burns. We looked like scoring on the break a few times and not for poor finishing and poor final ball it could/should of been a lot more then 3-0. Liam Kearney easily had his best game for the club and is finally hitting form at the business end of the season.

Thats Limerick gone for a playoff IMO and a huge game next week in Mons for us!

Unfortunately for them, it looks like curtains for Drogs.
They where never in this one and could have been 5 or 6 down by half time. As well as score 3 in the first 45, we hit the crossbar twice and had other chances missed. We took our foot off in the second half but still managed a 4th from what looked like a deserved peno. Nice to see our team play 4-4-2 from the start tonight. This is the first time we have started a game with this formation this season and im hopeing we stick with it. 1 point behind Pats now if im not mistaken and we play Pats at Morton next week Cant wait.

I was told there were more Fingal fans there than Drogs.

    Is that true?

I thought he was just plain awful.

It was no sending off, no penalty, and many of his decisions were just bizarre.

He got the sending off right, Very very strange penalty, Didnt give Dundalk anything all night IMO

Did you think so. I thought Bermingham turned on his blindside to kick the ball away and didn't see the Dundalk player. However, we were in the corner and didn't have the best view.

    Extratime went with this:
    Drogheda United 0 - 0 Sporting Fingal
0' - There is by no exaggeration one of the smallest crowds i have ever witnessed in Drogheda with Fingal also bringing a strong faithful of about 20 people.

Thanks for that. It's very difficult to judge a referee when your already biased but he honestly gave everything to Pats tonight. Was looking forward to him refereeing one of our games as he is supposed to be the best in the country. No evidence of that tonight. Can't wait to have Buttimer or Hancock again!! :P

    Agree with all that.

It's the second time in a row that we've just gifted the opposition early goals. And just like the Cork game, we did nothing to suggest we'd ever get back into it.
