The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Under the term of the UEFA licence Roma and Lazio would not be able to take part in european competition.
Somehow they will appear in european competition next season. Will they show the same spirit to small countries and their clubs
