Anyone keeping an eye on him these days? Seems to be a regular for Morcombe in the bottom tier but more than that I don't know.

Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.
You're obviously not a Wise Owl.

started the last two games in a row, but has only started three games since the end of October (including those two). Was a regular starter up until then, with 11 starts in Morecambe's first 19 games
Only six goals this season (two penalties) and only one at home
Interviewed on extratime.ie this week, touches on moving to Portugal, playing non-league and doing his coaching badges

Padraig Amonds 20 in 20 starts for Grimsby has the 27yo being talked about as the search for the next Jamie Vardy begins in earnest. Out of contract in the summer, and with scouts reported from Championship, L1 & L2 keeping an eye, the man will have options by the sound of this.

Did he ever get to wear the "I had a Macadamia" training top?
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Refuses to play for peanuts .........

Stick to the topic boys.
1.48!!
21 Goals of Amond, he has another 11 since then, why has no big club not gone after him?
They would be nuts not too.
Seriously he is the next Jamie Vardy, were I a Premiership manager I would
snap him up, got to be worth the gamble I mean they will be paying peanuts for
him, if he had a season like Vardy how much would he be worth?

Most of the non-league grounds in the club makes you realise just how far LOI lags behind in ground development.
Have to agree with the other two posters, that's a bit much. Amond is nine months younger than Vardy, and playing non-league football. Don't get me wrong, it's a great achievement, but I doubt we'll se him play at a higher level than Championship (at best) in his career
