All other games that Sunday should kick off at the usual time of 10.30, with Pike v View game kicking off at 2pm.
I think both clubs share the gate for the FAI games, with Pike then also making a few bob in the bar after the game especially if there is a decent game on the box at 4pm, this way everybody wins.
Pike, as they'll receive gate money and bar money
View, as they'll receive gate money (I think)
and the neutral supporter as they'll get to see both the FAI game and the game on the box at 4pm.

From a connaught point of view I would be expecting(draw permitting) to see these teams in the open draw:

From Mayo: Ballina town, Westport, Erris
    From Galway: Athenry, Mervue/Hibs, Oranmore
From Sligo/Leitrim/Roscommon: 3 of the following, City Utd, Boyle, Manor Rangers, Shivern Rovers(won Ros Prem League), Ballinasloe, Castlerea.

I'd tip Ballina Town, City Utd and Athenry to progress furthest from the above mentioned, obviously needing home draws or favourable away draws.

I suppose you'd have the usual there or thereabouts teams such as Pike/Fairview, St. Michaels, Clonmel Town, Carrick Utd, Ballymun, KUFC in the latter stages.

Any other unheralded teams we should be watching out for??

Prospect against Ballynanty has the makings of a good match especially in Cals Park.
If Prospect have Ger Constable and the pick of both A and B players available to them then it will be a good game.

Pike will meet Fairview if they progess through round 1, so i wouldnt touch either of those yet, Mervue and Hibs also meet in the first round. I know its not an exhaustive list but I cant see St Michaels on it eventhough there seems to be too many Limerick and Tipp teams on it considering a ball hasnt been kicked yet, or protest lodged(!!!), or Westport eventhough Ballina and Erris are on it.

Janesboro 33/1:O that's shocking odds more like 330/1 I'd fancy Pike to go far again this year think they'll beat the view 3-1.

Wouldn't pay too much attention to the Boyle Sports odds. You would think the Champions would be favourites, especially after recruiting heavily during the summer...

No odds up to 150/1 for 4 Limerick Prem teams (Corbally, Mungret, Star Rvs & Shannon Town), but yet odds of 40/1 for a first division Limerick team in Wembley!!!!!!

That Ladbrokes haven't a clue..............coz if your trying to suggest that Wembley are better than the above 4 Prem teams mentioned, your having a laugh.

Didnt Wembley and Ballynanty have decent runs in it a few years back?? thats generally how they make up the market, the usual front runners plus those who have had decent runs in the past. Cant see there being much value in either Mervue or Salthill considering their first teams are LOI

From looking at Shannons results recently i would think Wembley are a better team than them. Wembley may have got relegated last season but i don't think they where getting well beaten in the premier either.
