No summer Celtic move for Keane
Roy Keane is not going to Celtic this summer
Monday, April 19 2004 3:36
Manchester United captain Roy Keane has dashed Celtic supporters' hopes of a summer move to Parkhead.
The midfielder, who announced his intention to return to the Republic of Ireland squad last week, has been linked with a move to boyhood heroes this year.
But Keane's lawyer, Michael Kennedy, has ruled out an immediate move for the 32-year-old, although he concedes his client's plans for the end of his Old Trafford contract are still unknown.
Kennedy told the Press Association: "Roy has got two years left at United and he is going to fulfil that. "Who knows (what will happen when his contract ends)? That is two years away."
