Season tickets for €60!

Smacks a bit of desperation, but something needs to be done, and it's a damn good move in my opinion.

DUBLIN CITY FC are offering new fans an opportunity to sign up to the Viking bandwagon by purchasing season tickets at a knockdown €60.

The offer is targeted at expanding the club's support base and if introduced by a current season ticket holder, new fans can purchase season tickets for the more than generous price of €60.

The club has also announced another generous offer and that's to offer free admission to all under 12s as the club look to establish a Junior Vikings Section.

"This offer is subject to the child being accompanied by a paying adult but again we're trying to offer young Dubs a chance to sample and enjoy the atmosphere of the eircom Premier Division," added Seery.

Less keen on this. Nothing kills the atmosphere at a game more than a bunch of kids running around with no interest in the on-field proceedings.
