all games from now till the end of the season are big games as it is still very tight at the top of the table, but cappa v hospital is a big game because if hospital dont get a win their pretty much out of the promotion race, lish v knock is a huge game both teams will be looking for a win it will be a close one

Heard tonight that Pike are playing Lawson Cup sunday morning have their players pulled out of the Oscar Traynor squad or will they be using the B players seems strange to look for a game if the B team are playing at the same time.
dont think so dromore have pike in next round of lawson and are playing bruff sunday

The Dromore 2 - 1 Herbertstown was a big result for Dromore. Pulls Bruff back into the dogfight as well, and Dromore getting a lot of players fit again, and starting to put in some good performances, the Bruff Dromore match should be very interesting.
The set up in Herbertstown is very good in fairness to them. Thought the 2-1 result was more than well deserved. Herbertstown didnt have a shot on target all game... and scored from a penalty correctly awarded.
The referee ruined the game for both sides. Gave numerous incorrect decisions for offside against Dromore, and killed a lot of Herbertstowns possession with needless free-kicks awarded.
He started booking players for abusive language, not to him, but just in general when said in frustration at something. And also gave some diabolical decisions against both sides, including indirect free-kicks when players shouted 'Ref' to appeal for a free kick.
Now I'm all for stopping the abuse the refs get, but there was not one bit of abuse directed towards the ref in that game.... yet so many free kicks awarded. Ruined a good game.
If you look at the Pike website it says the A team are away to Dromore at 11 and the B team are at home to Murroe at 2
The paper and LDMC website have Pike B down to play Murroe at 11am on sunday morning.

Isent there a rule there saying once the fixtures are on the paper they cant be changed so does that mean Pike are different from other clubs.
I would like to hear what the Bruff lads think about this having their fixture changed to suit the Pike management.
goin on what posters are saying here the fixtures sec has accommadated pikes request for a game at the expense of the bruff v dromore league fixture which has been on the fixture list since monday,,is that a right reading of it?maybe theres a problem on the bruff side because if not its a major call to favour pikes request in the manner he has.
Just think of it this way, the Bruff boys have a free weekend to go out
You never know they might even go up to the Pike club for a few pints since ye done them such
a big favour.
