Does he need to? He might be the nicest guy away from the field but that doesn't change the way he behaves when he is near it.

Can't defend a manager punching a player, but when that player is sent off and deliberatly walks over to the home bench stamps on the managers foot, elbows him into the chest and verbally abuses him his askin for trouble. Needless to say both clubs are in serious trouble.
