    Leinster Senior Cup Semi-Final

    Leinster Senior Cup Semi-Final
Bray Wanderers : UCD, Monday 19th July
    Carlilse Grounds, k.o. 19;45
    Adult: €10, U16/OAP: €6

Love this competition and it’s reminder of where Irish Football began. Bray will give us a test but I still hope we’re able to get through it.

Are each team likely to field a weakened side tonight? Any info appreciated! Bray are a big price at 4/1 with the bookies considering they have home advantage.

    Bray 3:1 UCD ft
Bray well worth their win. Shane O'Neill hat-trick.
UCD didn't have much penetration with Graham Rusk and Chris Mulhall up front, O'Neill scored twice mid-way through the first half. UCD got a goal back and then O'Neill hit us again. Kilduff and Wilson came on with ten minutes left and UCD had most of the possesion for the rest of the game and about three clean chances, but Bray held out.
Good competitive game, the Final should be the same.

I know a few lads who had Bray at 5/1 and won very nice money on them.

We were well worth the win, quite comfortable throughout the match. Both sides made changes to the match 3 days previous. Entertaining game, hopefully the final brings us more joy from what has been a nightmare season to date.

Shels played us off the park from start to finish. Should have been 7 or 8. I feel ashamed supporting Bray after that pathetic attempt of a preformance, from wonderful on Friday to just shocking against an average 1st division side in a cup final at home. The board need to do their job and relieve Gormley of his duties or he needs to walk, there are no other options at this stage.

Matthews is some jammy begger winning the trophy with Shels when it was really Keely that got them to the final!
Gary Cronin is he the right man to manage Longford Town?

Who would you suggest replace Gormley?

Colly O'Neill was the man behind most of it. Who knew the Leinster Senior Cup could bring such joy. Heroes.
Lets redefine what it means to heal

To be honest, Bray are just an average first division side as well who just happen to be playing in the top division this season.

Didn't think it would be that comfortable today but we were well worth the 4 goal win. I would really worry for Bray after seeing that performance today. Thats us confirmed as the best team in Leinster now.

only in the over 65 group, surely?
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
