we could have won the game if Kavanagh didnt do so much fcuking about with the ball instead of the simple thing.
surely John T is a better option then him and dont get me started on Treacy
Dont think we will go up dont have the nerve.
Thats tonight and against Waterford we left points behind by being too afraid to push on at them when we got on top.
Invited Mons on to us tonight and they were always going to score. Strange that every time i see Kelly reffing us i get the feeling we will get a pen against us.I think if we had pushed on we could have got another though we didnt try get forward until they equalised and didnt work.

yep it was a defeat all right. Thought Graham Kelly did his usaul, bottled it in the first half and didnt book anyone for persistant fouling. Mons could push on then knowing that they had him in their pockets. Im told that the peno wasnt a peno, (is that 19 penos in 29 games now for Graham Kelly?) failed to give one late on for mons when it looked like it shold have been but if it wasnt then why didnt he book the player for a dive. Monaghans play is...........christ its boring!
screwed again by another one of delaneys little so called refs. He might aswell have beeen wearing a mons jersey because he gave them just about everything.sign of things to come me things.
I had thought it was an actual penalty to be honest. I thought at first look Purcell had lunged in and took out the player. Whether he got the ball or anything after it didn't matter, he took the player first. Hard to know for definate from far away. The second was a definate penalty but the ref didn't see it clearly so couldn't give it. The linesman probably should have though.
Don't think Dave Ryan had to make a single save barr one or two handy ones till the penalty. Very unlucky it dropped back down for Hughes.
I know Tracey scored again but barr that i thought he was poor. Sullivan didn't start too well but i thought he grew into the game and did very well in the second half till he was taken off. O Leary was excellent too.
Penalty didn't look like one for me the Mons player definatly looked for it as they spent more time lookin for frees than anything else, the second one deffinatly not a penno and player should have been booked. Things weren't the same since stevo came off
I thought it was a penalty alright. They should have had another one later too.
Monaghan looked a shambles in the first half, but with only a one-goal lead, we let them come at us too much. They were worth their point in the end, but I don't know why we didn't keep pressing like we had so successfully in the first half.
2 weeks in a row we get penos against us that were soft as $hit and fail to get ones ourselves for blatent fowls inside the box.
Bad luck or something more sinister? been happening a lot post Barca.
Game shifted focus when Stevo came off, but there's no doubt that the game would've been polished off if Limerick's (deserved) penalty had been awarded. Different game entirely.
anyone know if the rumour john boyle has asked to leave limerick true??
Thought Steve O'Flynn was brutal. Hopefully he gets better. Don't think we have our best team out if JT & Clarke are both on the bench. Yes, we should have put both Waterford and Monaghan away recently...but I think we still looked better than both of them so its still all to play for. God...we really need a win this week though.
