    Getting tax back

emm right.. just something i've been wondering, any help would be apreciated

you know when your owed tax back, how long can you leave it before you cant apply for the money back?

and as well if you have 2 p45's from 2 separate jobs (you have claimed the money back from neither) will that have any impact on what you can get back?

You have 5 or 6 years I think to claim it. No, having two P45s will make no difference, if you worked two separate jobs you have to have two separate P45s.

Oh yeah it's 6 years if you owe them money, 12 if it's as a result of fraud!. Convenient.

There is no time limit in the case of fraud or negligence.

For Personal tax, Dodge is right, its four years the time limit for a claim.
