    Bohs 2 Rovers 0

Decent performance I thought but as per usual we didn't take the couple of chances that came our way and they did. Started off very well and Murphy made a superb save from a Keane screamer from about 25 yards. Tipped it onto the outside of the post. Brilliant save. Then Ndo put in a great cross and Amond put the header wide. Should have done better. At this stage we were controlling the game.

Then Bohs scored with their first shot on target (apart from the shot Peers had that Brushy made a great save from). No one tracked Keegans run and he finished well. Took a break from committing fouls to score! He got a warning from the ref at one stage and then committed another few fouls before he was finally booked. Made another couple of fouls after that and eventually Fenlon took him off before he got sent off. He did pass the ball very well though

Regardless of that after they went one up Bohs looked a lot more composed and the better team then. Nice free kick move with Quigley putting it over and Raf should have done better after Lauchlan made about his only mistake.

Second half then and an unmerciful fcuk up by Brush handed them a second goal. Came for a long free kick and was nowhere near it and Oman just headed it down and it rolled into the net. After that then Bohs sat back and let us pass the ball around the centre of the park for the rest of the match but we never looked like scoring. Had a few long range shots that were very easy for Murphy. Raf should have scored but clipped the top of the bar.

As I see somewhere else the subs showed the difference between the 2 teams. We brought on McCabe first and they brought on Cronin. Not too bad there. Then we brought on O'Grady and Danny V when we were 2 down and they were bringing on Jason Byrne and Killian Brennan. Peers went up front for the last 10 but it was all over at that stage. I don't think Bohs could have asked for a better last 30 minutes in the build up to their Champions League second half.

Looking at the table and just realised that we have yet to beat any team ahead of us in the table. We really need to get another striker in with Blinkhorn injured we have no one to bring in if we have to chase a game.

Really need to win our next 4 games as they are relatively easy but our only chance of making Europe this season looks like be in the Cup.

One plus point was finally seeing Danny not starting. Don't think Richie Ryan hit a stray pass the whole match. Again.
