Sundays game for star is massive,if they could manage to win it would prob see mungret slip into the bottom 2 after next weeks round of matches, and once you fall into the relegation spots its very hard to get out as we found to our cost last year.

it was a massive win for aisling but they will be in trouble if they keep leaking goals.thats 9 in 2 matches.
i would say its between aisling corbally star mungret and kilmallock for the drop.i think carew and the boro will be safe.
as you said still alot of ball to be played yet.
nearly forgot to mention some embarassing celebrations, firstly from the corbally bench when they equalised(subs running onto the pitch to celebrate)and secondly by the aisling player(you know who you are)who removed his shirt after scoring the winnerand ran to the corner only to realise that no one had gone with him.he also needs to go to the gym a bit more
a long drive back CFAA.being honest i didnt notice any of the celebrations but given the fact there must have been 5 goals in the space of around 15mins from both teams i suppose lads can be forgiven.

Well Kilmallock def won't be stopping them with 13 players. Its badly obvious the A team need more players , surely to God there are players good enough around the county who would like to play premier. Its up to you and Willie to find these players .Ye can't blame the Hurlers this year either. Kilmallock can't keep relyin on local talent or it will b a dogfight to survive every year

.Also a major concern has to b the lack of progression of a sh*t load of players on the team. Things seem to be stagnant at the moment
1st of all ill explain the first part to you.players will not move from town to town out here in the sticks as all there mates play for there town.2nd of all anyone good enough to play in the premier are looking for bobs which are not at my disposal.
3rd of all your final comment i dont get one bit.we are nearing the end of season and you come on here talking horse manure about certain players.look at the premier table man and there is 6 if not seven teams in the dogfight every year.oh yea on your 13 players part.players missing for one reason or another were.

    Cool

thats great news about p.mcgarry and congrats to him, have seen him play for the oscar traynor and a couple of fairview games no doubt he,s an excellent player,of course its good recognition for the league too.anyone know where there many from limerick at the game,i would presume both fairview and the council represented.

Did ye set out this year to be in a dogfight?

Also Faces , is this not a forum for discussion? Can a fella not voice an opinion? I see from previous posts you are a big advocate of this yourself.

Firstly, i NEVER mentioned any players and NEVER said that they aren't very good players to begin with.We have class players with superb talent but talent alone doesn't seem to be getting us out of this annual dogfight!Something is amiss.

Not many players are better this year than they were last.Is this not a fair statement?

Secondly, Are you seriously telling me there isn't 2-3 players from Croom,Charleville,Hospital,Herbertstown, Bruff, Knockainey etc... that wouldn't be qualiy additions like Marty to the team?

Again I'm not blaming you for this as likely your contacts are in towm and they all want a few quid. But where does the buck stop?
not geting personal just you seem to come on here spouting rubbish every now and again.people from the towns will not move.in the three years i have been involved ive asked two from bruff one from knockainey and one from hospital herbertstown and no joy.also a few from lim but no bobs.also you think with the resources we have your going to improve players every year come out of the fog lad when our lads are up for it they are as good as most teams in premier. thats limerick premier not english premier.
