Prenderville gets op date
Barry Prenderville, the St Patrick’s Athletic defender, has been booked into Mullingar General Hospital in a fortnight’s time to undergo an operation to repair damage to his ankle, which is expected to keep him out of action until June.
Prenderville has made just one appearance for the Saints this season, as a late substitute in the opening night draw with Derry City, but has been slated for surgery since before the start of the season.
