Barry Holland signs new deal with Cliftonville
Cliftonville defender Barry Holland has signed a new two-year contract with the Solitude club. The 26-year-old former Bangor player, elder bother of Reds forward Mark, made his debut for Cliftonville in 2006.
Goalkeeper Paul McKane has also penned a new two-year contract but he will spend the first year of the deal on loan with Carrick Rangers. Meanwhile, Reds boss Eddie Patterson is promoting youth team keeper Jack Duffin to the reserves side.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
A good player for us looks like we won't be bringing in any more new signings apart from striker Stephen Garrett from Newry but there is a couple of decent youngsters coming through the ranks.
There's still a few weeks left before the season starts, I'd say you'll make 1 or 2 more signings. You need to to make that extra step.
Although I think the Blues are looking very strong this year and will win the league quite comfortably. But you never can tell until the season is well on its way

Well Peter Hutton has signed for another year with us at 37 hes getting on a bit but hes still a decent player. Can't see any more signing to be honest at least not until January when we get the Europa League money.
