    "The Football Association of ireland chief executive John Delaney should 'consider his position' in the wake of the soccer orginizations failure to sanction the proposed friendly between limerick fc and barcelona. According to Cllr Keily, as a result of the decision, Cllr Keily estimated the local economy lost between 15 and 20 million euro in revenue...........

    Well in fairness it's not the FAI's job to boost Limerick City's economy . . . but I am glad to see the FAI's decision being challenged again. Can't let it slip by and be trampled on by them again later.

    Yeah because who knows the effect it could have on us, in the future, especially seeing as the Clubs agreed (Unanimously as far as I know, but don't take my word on it), to have the FAI(L) In Charge of the league for another term.

    in fairness they all agreed cause they thought there was no choice. because if they voted no the FAI would have cut all ties with them if you know what i mean.
