I think its 1 points for a win divided by the number of teams from your country which is 4 for the LOI. Therefore a Bohs/Dundalk/Fingal/Rovers win would give 0.25 or a draw 0.125. I think that doubles at a later stage not sure at what point though possibly the round before the group stage in both competitions not sure though.
Last year NI got 0.125 and lost every game except for 1 draw (Crusaders 1-1 rabotnicki) so i'm guessing in the qualifying rounds it's 0.125 for every draw
wales got 0.333 and outside of defeats the only thing they got was a win (motherwell 0-1 llanelli) so i suppose a win is still worth 0.333 to the co-efficient.

Birkirkara FC had a training session today in the "Estadi Comunal d'Andorra la Vella". This is the ground to be used for tomorrow’s first leg encounter of the Champions League fixture. Much to the dissapointment of our Club, the pitch was found to be in a very bad state. The pitch is waterlogged mainly due to the heavy rain. The laying of carpet grass only a few hours before this training session, was another reason why the pitch is in this terrible shape.
Mr.John Borg, Birkirkara FC's Vice President and International Liason, has shown his dissaproval, in the name of our Club, with the UEFA delegate in a meeting convened on purpose to discuss this matter.
To make matters worse, more rain is forecast for tomorrow afternoon. Also, the laying of the rolls of the new grass is not yet finalised, and will continue tomorrow.

Looks like B'kara will be awarded the game 3-0, though UEFA haven't confirmed this. The return won't have to worry about waterlogging - even if it did pour, it's on the astro in the Centenary Stadium (I think Pats fans will have fond memories).

Match was played in the hottest weather I've encountered. The shop in the ground had a big tub of ice free to use and anyone going back for a drink had to being tons of the stuff back just so we'd cool down. sold beer too for a half an hour before UEFA delegate told them to stop.

Looks like Dundalk have wasted much needed cash getting their stadium up to the minimum specifications set down by UEFA - other clubs have been allowed to simply not comply with the same regulations but allowed to participate...
Meanwhile, TNS have confirmed that they will play the home leg of the tie, on July 20, at their own ground of Park Hall. It had been suggested that the game would be moved to a bigger venue due to a restricted capacity of 1,000 at the ground, but UEFA will allow TNS to play the game thereThe GenQuip - even with all those improvements and investments still falls short of the minimum seating requirement for that competitions by 500 seats (or a whole one-third)Port Talbot Town have received notification from UEFA that The GenQuip Stadium will be able to host the UEFA Europa League match against TPS Turku of Finland.
A delegate from UEFA inspected the ground last week ahead of the 1st qualifying round draw and confirmed on Monday that the ground will be able to host Europa League football.
Port Talbot Town travel to Finland to take on TPS Turku on Thursday, 1st July with the return leg at The GenQuip Stadium on Thursday, 8th July.
The decision to allow Port Talbot Town to play the most important match in the clubs history at home is testament to the many ground improvements that have taken place over the last ten years and just reward for the investment and dedication that has made the ground what it is today.
Maybe the officials at Oriel Park should request a cheque from UEFA to cover the unnecessary expenditure they've incurred in installing those extra seats

All in all,im still glad the money was spent on the ground(even if it means less money for more players).The clubs owner is a property developer and other business in the building sector.so all work would be done at cost price.
And who know how long he will be around for.so when you can get it cheap do it.

Hoping for all Irish clubs to do well in Europe to improve this co-efficient and getting us all further and further each year. Dont think the game is live anywherebut local paper Dundalk Democrat is going to have regular updates if they have internet access at the stadium!
It's not down for TV coverage so I highly doubt it will be anywhere. There's always the chance that it will be beamed from one satellite to the other and can be picked up free-to-air by someone with the right equipment, not likely considering it's a 1st round game. It'll probably just be recorded like MNS do.
Full team flew over yesterday bar JJ Melligan who appears to be on his way to Cheltenham. Burns, Synnott and Cherrie wont be playing due to injuries.
