    Is this true ??

Thread taken from Johnny Wards MB !!

Man, if that is the case then it is not on !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

On responce to the clubhouse bar its now reserved to season-tickets holders and people who are part of the Members Club, and they can sign in a guest if they wish. Apparanty its due to the UEFA licence I too sure on this point. Wouldnt suprise me on the cones either.

    Thumbs down Is this true??

Going to the bar in the Club house to watch a game on a bitterly cold evening used to be one of the reasons to visit United Park to support your club as the visiting team. Now that they have the highest admission prices, in the League (€20 a seat) and you cannot go into the Clubhouse bar, why go?

You'd have to ask the question alright ..... and Drogs would have to expect the answer .... its a shame really.

It does not make any sense. As a Drog supporter for over 30years I was refused entry to the bar at half-time and had to go to the Windmill House outside the ground for my tea and biscuits. Can the club afford to give this revenue away?
