Great signing for a couple of summer months !

    BEL'S SET FOR SWEDEN

    Apr 4 2004

    Exclusive By Andy Dunn

NEWCASTLE star Craig Bellamy is aiming to sign for another club this summer - in Sweden.

But Bellamy does not intend to leave St James' Park ... he wants to carry on training while his team-mates go off on holiday.

That's why Bellamy and his physios have come up with the novel idea of joining a club in Sweden for a short spell in the summer.

Bellamy has missed nearly half the season after undergoing further surgery on his troublesome knee.

Now he is back to fitness, Bellamy wants to make sure he does not fall behind again in the summer.

There are complications, especially surrounding club insurance policies. But Newcastle, who pulled Bellamy out of Wales duty last week, are impressed by the commitment of their controversial star.

Why dony any of the so called "BIG" clubs look into this ?

Great signing for a couple of months

    Folks

Bellamy is bad news off the park.
If he was a horse he would be called Wayward Lad.
He is always ending up in bother. Any Eircom League club that signed him would be up in Mountjoy every Monday bailing him out of jail for being drunk and disorderly.
