    Van rental

    Alright chaps,

I'm moving house on friday, out towards Kildare.

Unfortunately, I have to be out of my current house Friday am, but don't get the keys to my new place til Friday about 6pm.

I have more stuff than I can fit in the boot of one car (basically I have a bicycle and a set of golf clubs).

I need a van or something I can chuck it all into.

I'm 21, and my license is a UK license.

    Can I be accomodated?

Does anyone here work for a van hire jobby?

Your age might count against you for van hire Awec. To the point where it might be either prohibited or prohibitively expensive.

Try the airport rental places anyway. I got a VW Caravelle back in spring for a few days reasonable enough from SIXT.

If that really is the only reason you're hiring the van, couldn't you just lock the bike to a railing somewhere safe until you've dropped off the clubs at your new place, then come back and get it?

I might dump the bike in work.
