New drink drive limit coming in, now reduced from 80mg to 50mg. i thought it would be zero tolerance for learner drivers but they are allowed 20mg. any one know what the 50mg is equivilant of? Not that i drink and drive but its just handy to know. i know they say 80mg is just under a pint so i presume 50 mg is around half pint mark.

iirc it's the 50mg is just below the pint, the 80mg is a pint and half. This is probably going to be merged, so I won't go further for fear of repeating the same points. I don't think there can be an absolute zero limit by the way - 20mg probably getting as near as practical.
