Dolan & Lennox clearly have set up the plan to lose a couple of early season games & but all the gae receipt money on monster bet for Good Friday.

What other explanation coudl there be?

St Pats were struggling to win anything so they sent PD out to destroy other clubs. He started at the top with the biggest club. If we play dead and pretend that we're ruined then maybe he'll move on to the next biggest club, Bohs. Then we can get back to business.
Either that or he's trying to devalue the club so that his buddy Mr Wallace can buy it at a knockdown discount price.
