Thats pretty common knowledge, but the terms of the contract are not. And lets just say no self respecting player would have signed it.

Yes thats a contract offer.

It was more to do with not being guaranteed regular football. Which club members would have heard at the AGM. If they were actual supporters of the club, let alone members.
