Good result, pity didnt get the points last week but sure when you give away 2 goals early on its uphill task. Liam Mailey has done quite well, some fans had theirs doubts and still have but they are never going to be happy and are always looking for someone to blame and I dont think young Gallagher is certain off his place as he has looked very shaky at seasons start. James Gallagher was a good keeper but wasnt tested tonight. If Mailey was in nets he would have kept a clean sheet tonight against a poor Longford team that we shouldve beat earlier in the season. So however is in nets next week, if they let in goals they will be blamed thats football, its a fickle game. Anyhow, I know the boys are working hard in training so keep at it and dont listen to the usual doom merchants who like to complain and point the finger all the time. Com on the Harps!

Jebus but John Lester is a fat dirty cnut. He nearly broke Stpehan McLaughlins leg tonight and only got booked. He also led with his elbow for every header.

The Longford keeper is dreadful, we should have scored 6 or 7 tonight only for poor finishing, just get the ball on target and you have a real chance.

Longford fans not happy with Cousins at the end.

Harps fans just relieved to get a win and decent performance. Much happier this week.

Eh - you beat UCD with a goal with 3 mins to go, get over yourself. Reports said you were lucky to win.

Thought you were full value for that tonight, you`re no 6 (bald head guy) was excellent in m/f, clear man of the match for me, but what a terrible game to watch. We had one single shot on target. The game was a just a dreadful standard. But thats football and we`ve moved to the top spot (hardly deserved) but there you go.

Well done Galway - a very well organised performance in a game we fully expected to win.

Shocking first half at the cross. Derry were the better team but their goal was a horrible deflection. Out of nowhere we grabbed an equaliser just before half time.

Second half was the most entertaining football we've seen in a while. We completely dominated with plenty of chances but couldn't convert. Disappointing but would have been delighted with a draw beforehand, especially with Rogers out.

Sets up our game vs Waterford nicely for next week

    Agree with that summation micls.

Duggan ran the show in the second half and it was a great save from Doherty to block Cummins. I wouldn't say there were many clear cut chances for your lot, but youse definately ran the show. We haven't won in the League at the Cross since 2000.

He's definitely one to watch alright

A very scrappy game with Bradley, Kavanagh and Dennehy not doing magnificent, while Danny Murphy continues outstanding performances..

Twigg was almost poor all game, but then came the one chance...

Tell all the Bohs you know
that we've gone and won two-in-a-row
and it's not gonna be three
and it's not gonna be four
it's more likely to be 5-1.

The world and his mother knows that Twigg is going to be very little in open play, link up etc but sure nobody cares when he scores so many goals.

Danny Murphy is a great signing for ye
