I dont know, can only put it down to a referee error, but I know the last 8 in cup played Monday last. Croom beat Shannon Aerospace in first round 2-0. I was a bit surprised myself......

GE Money have Stryker and Aerospace to play in their remaining games, so it could ome down to GE v Aerospace for winner takes all (unless Analog pull something out)

id be fairly confident aerospace have stuck to the rules and not played illegal players etc and they look like winnin it for a second year in a row now wit a bit of luck

There's probably about 2 teams that are 100% legal..... Aerospace & Analog. Can't speak for any team personally and not accusing any either of foul play, but there'll always be an element of doubt and bitchiness. That's life.

I agree it will go the way of interpub. Every competition that is started around town whether it be charity games or just 5 a side competitions gets ruined by the few who take it too seriously and bring in top players and go out and ruin it for the other teams.

Objections etc... is not what interfirm is about and its a pity this kind of thing is going on in this as well as the junior league. People have a right to object if they have been wrong done by but the fact teams feel they've to bring in a rake of illegals is stupid. It should be about having a game of football and a laugh.

I agree entirely, however the flip side is that in the past few years the numbers have diminshed unbelievably, and probably will continue to. Between players having no interest, companies not willing to stretch the budget and other family committments its something that has to be done in order to fill numbers. I'm not condoning it in anyway, but there are 2 sides to every coin.

Very true but its understandable having one or two illegals cause you are rightly stuck for players but when its half a team of players purposely brought in cause they are good players is a different story. This will never change which is a pity. There is still a couple of teams that play by the rules and although they might not do well in it still have a laugh though.
