A hernia is a not usually a serious thing - I carried one from age fourteen and got it repaired at age nineteen, the doctor said it was the biggest hole he had ever seen in someone's inguenial, and I was running no problem the next week.

Been carrying them for most of the season!
Makes his performances against Italy and France in particular, even more impressive considering he was playing with such injuries.
Shows just how much Mr Trapattoni rates him,
Have to admit that his form did dip towards the end of the season for PNE as his injuries took their toll.
Looking forward to seeing a refreshed and fully fit Saint, ready for our Euro Qualifiying push.

I think St Ledge is capable of playing in the premiership. He is at a stage in his career when he needs to push on and play at the highest level. Maybe one of the promoted clubs will take a punt on him. Reckon he would be a good investment.
Always look on the bright side of life
