    Change of formation?

This isn't meant as a pop at the players or the manager, but at the moment, the tactics aren't working out for us. Maybe it's time to experiment with a different game plan.

I'd go for something along these lines:
    Kane
    Tyrrell------O'Connor-------Webster------Massey
    Brennan-----Shields-----O'Brien
    Doyle
    Kelly------O'Neill
We've not got any great target men, so sacrificing a bit of width could be okay, put Doyle in behind two quick players with good movement and I think we'll create chances, and a more compact centre midfield will mean we're not so easily played through.

    Worth a try?

    New Manager?

Doyle as in Daire or Robbie
The formation I would like to see would be
    B.Kane
    D.Doyle N.Byrne D.Webster D.Massey
    C.Shields
    D.Tyrrell S.Brennan
    A.Georgescu
    R.Doyle S.oNeil

Is Philip Knight still with the club .?

That's Robbie Doyle, I think he's a better option just behind the strikers than Franco, although he could do a job there as well. So could Colm Tresson, if he had to, the main job would be to link midfield and attack with passes on the ground and intelligent movement.
