    Flynny's injury and Tuesday night

For those of you at Longford last night do you have nay news?
Is it bad and will he be available for the derby match Tuesday?

It is worrying that he could now be out again for an extended period. It often happens players that they strain other muscles after returning from a more serious injury.

It would be good to have a full strength team for the next 3 games.

Have to say though that we cannot complain about Doyler's strike rate.........he was on fire during the pre-season games scoring a hatfull of goals and did well last night also.

Anyone know whatthe team was last night.......particularly the back four?

How did Sweeney and George play in midfield?
    Irish by birth,
Cork by the grace of God.

from what i hear the first half was dire.. then city picked it up.. georgie had another anonymous night and sweeney played very well.. murray pulled the longford strikers shirt in the box and gave away a peno 9 mins after city scored

Spot on CC. I was talking to John himself and that exactly what happened. He's fairly confident that he'll be OK for Tues night though.
