Id actually have more interest in watching this game than the 2 games in the RDS. It said on the RTE news that its a behind closed doors game, pity

that's for the game against England, he meant the game against the training squad
from the squad announcement above: http://www.airtricityleague.com/inde...r-england-game
It was also confirmed today that the Republic of Ireland Under-23 squad will face Giovanni Trapattoni's Republic of Ireland training camp squad in a training match on May 18th. The training match, which will not be open to members of the public, will give both Doolin and Trapattoni a chance to assess their players ahead of their respective matches the following week.

Was at the game. Shocking performance. Team looked strung together at times. Gary McCabe was impressive when he came on. Bolger as well. Midfield looked shapeless and unbalanced in the first half. Hard to see what tactics or game plan Doolin issued to the team. Looked very confused at times.

Yes well beaten even if we could have snatched a draw near the end when Almond blazed wide when through on goal.

England were probably less talented but far far better organised and fully deserved to win.

We are virtually out now of the tournament. We need Estonia to beat England and us then to beat Estonia by more.
